Because Rizzbit provides custom digital services, refunds depend on the project stage, work completed, and the terms agreed at the time of purchase or onboarding.
Refund eligibility is assessed based on documented scope, deliverables, timelines, and communication history.
Deposits/advance payments (if applicable) are generally non-refundable once work has started, as they secure project time and initial setup.
For projects billed in milestones, each milestone covers a defined portion of work.
Refund requests are evaluated based on the completed portion of the current milestone.
A refund may be considered in limited cases, such as:
Payment was made, but work did not begin, and the user requests cancellation within a reasonable period.
A duplicate payment was made.
A billing error occurred (incorrect amount charged).
Delivery cannot proceed due to internal constraints on our side, and no alternative timeline or resolution is agreed.
If a refund is approved, it may be full or partial depending on work already completed and any non-recoverable costs.
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
Work has started, and deliverables (drafts, concepts, builds, source files, project files, or campaign setups) have been shared.
Delays or changes occur due to missing inputs, late feedback, incomplete requirements, or scope changes from the client side.
The request is based on preference changes not related to scope (for example, choosing a new direction after approvals).
Third-party costs are involved (for example: domain/hosting purchases, paid plugins, ad spend, third-party tools, platform fees). These costs are non-refundable and are billed as applicable.
Services include time-based effort already delivered (consultation, planning, development hours, animation work, writing drafts, revisions used).
Users may request cancellation by email or written message.
If cancellation is requested before work begins, a refund may be considered (excluding any non-recoverable fees, if applicable).
If cancellation is requested after work begins, charges may apply for work completed up to that point. Any eligible refund (if applicable) is calculated after reviewing completed work and deliverables shared.
If a client is not satisfied with a deliverable, the first step is to request revisions or corrections within the scope agreed for the package or contract.
Refunds are not used as a substitute for revision cycles that are still available under the agreed scope.
For digital marketing services:
Fees related to campaign setup, management time, reporting, and configuration are typically non-refundable once work is performed.
Ad spend paid to ad platforms (if any) is not controlled by Rizzbit and is non-refundable by us.
For web and mobile development:
Once development work has started and builds, code, repositories, or deployments are shared, refunds are generally not provided for completed work.
If a project is paused due to missing inputs or approvals for an extended period, the project may be closed and billed for work completed.
For creative writing services:
Once outlines, drafts, or written sections have been delivered, refunds are generally not provided for completed work.
Revisions are handled according to the revision rounds included in the agreed package or scope.
For brand and logo services:
Once concepts, drafts, or design directions have been delivered, refunds are generally not provided for completed work.

If a user believes a charge is incorrect, they should contact us first so we can review and resolve the issue. Unresolved chargebacks may result in service suspension while the matter is reviewed.
If a refund is approved, processing time depends on the payment method and financial institution. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
